All refunds and returns are at the sole discretion of Truly Homemade upon the verification and confirmation done by its employees and management.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice will also be considered valid).
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund* to your original method of payment (eg. credit or debit card). You will receive the credit within a month, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds and returns are deemed valid only if there’s a problem with the product. The refund will be done within 15 days
Cancellations
Order cancellations* have to be made within 24 hours after placing an order. For cancellations please call us on 7589304445 between 10 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday or email on [email protected], and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice, until the time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be canceled. Truly Homemade has the complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Truly Homemade and accepts its decision regarding the cancellation.
In case your order does not reach you within 10 days after confirmation, or if there is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered, you will be entitled to a full refund*.
Shipping
You need to keep the products ready so our delivery persons can get them collected. We will call/text/mail and let you know when the next pick-up will take place.
